  THE Bhoiwada Police in Central Mumbai have booked Police Constable Sunil Namdev Patil on charges of fraudulently obtaining a Rs 16 lakh loan from the Mumbai Police Society by allegedly misusing the identity of a fellow constable without his knowledge.
